Overhead Shot as the mobile base would be towed fully loaded with hand tow bars extended. The two black bars on either side of the barrel are for lifting the base and flipping the wheel mounts.

Side view with both wheels unlocked and flipped over to lower the base plate. They would sit higher and the base plate would be lower if done on soil.
