Project Vehicle - 1932 Citroën C4G

This is the truck when we got it, Sept 2001.
It has a 6 volt system, 4 cylinder, 4 speed manual and it runs just fine!

It's difficult to find parts and information on C4G's, if you can help, please contact us.
We're looking for: original photos, manuals, etc., also body and engine parts such as
running boards, headlamps, radiator, radiator cover, air cleaner, wiper blades, etc.
Any info on the original specs of a C4G, such as paint colors, tires, interior colors, etc. are
needed. We hope to have the truck finished by March 2003.

Fuel tank, inside the engine compartment, before and after vatting and new paint.

Cab with the floor removed. Drive shaft and brake cables are visible. The back wall and bed
will be removed and rebuilt, they are in bad shape.

The hole in the running board was covered by a piece of the original floorboard. We're
having new running boards fabricated by a local sheet metal shop.
As of July 1 2002, the truck is down to the frame and engine, it still runs. We hope to get it
beadblasted soon. We had the hinges and doors repaired locally. I found that Michelin still makes the proper
tires for it, so those will be ordered soon.

This is the truck as of August 2002, we had just lifted off the cab.
